Our Mission Experience
Since 1993, TEAMeffort has brought over 200,000 students and leaders from thousands of churches of different denominations to work side-by-side on life-changing, eye-opening, faith-building mission experiences. We provide opportunities for youth groups to put their faith into action through challenging and rewarding mission projects, which include repairing and renovating homes for families in need, building mission and ministry facilities, leading children’s programs, working at homeless shelters, responding to natural disasters, and more. These mission trips are designed to be a mixture of hard work, spiritual growth, and adventurous fun. Our prayer is that youth groups return home more unified with lifelong memories and a renewed excitement for how Jesus is working in their lives. We supply all the logistics–projects, tools, materials, on-site leadership, meals, chapel programs, and housing–so you can focus on working alongside and pouring into your youth.
The mission trips are designed to be a mixture of hard work, spiritual growth, and good clean adventurous fun. It is our desire that at the end of each mission trip, the youth will return to their churches in more cohesive groups, sharing in memories that will last a lifetime and enjoying a renewed excitement about what Jesus Christ is doing in all of their lives.
We supply the projects, tools, materials, site-leadership, meals, music & programs, housing… all the logistics so you can focus on your students.
What Our Team Provides
Group Building
Your group will grow closer by working together as a team on the mission site. You will also get the opportunity to meet, interact with, and worship alongside youth from other groups. By the end of your week with TEAMeffort, your group will have built lasting memories of shared challenges, accomplishments, and time with the Lord!
Staff
Each TEAMeffort staff member is energetic, hardworking, and loves Jesus. They dedicate their entire summer to missions and will serve as strong Christian role models for your youth. The staff will spend time building relationships with your group, working with them on mission sites, organizing games and activities, and leading worship at the evening programs.
Attitude
Our staff bring a positive, Christ-focused outlook because we understand that attitude can make or break a mission trip. At TEAMeffort, our role is to facilitate your trip to make it the best mission experience possible. We respect the individuality of your group and strive to strengthen it by providing the opportunity to serve and worship together.
Statement of Faith
We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible is God’s written revelation to man and that it is verbally inspired, authoritative and without error in the original manuscripts.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His return in power and glory.
We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit that performs the miracle of new birth in an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life. We believe that man was created in the image of God but, because of sin, was alienated from God. Only through faith in Christ alone for salvation–which was made possible by His death and resurrection–can that separation from God be removed and eternal life secured.

Christ-Focused Worship
TEAMeffort combines mission site projects with meaningful worship. We provide resources to grow your group spiritually on and off the mission site with personal and group devotions. Nightly chapel programs include worship, games, a brief message, and testimonies from our staff.
