Summer staff will receive a total of $2,500 for the summer. Additional pay is given for leadership positions. Staff pay is broken up into several paychecks throughout the summer.
While serving over the summer, TEAMeffort will cover gas for TE-related travel. Staff housing is different at every location, but is fully covered by TEAMeffort.

All meals Monday-Wednesday and breakfast on Thursday-Saturday are covered by TEAMeffort. The remainder of meals can be paid for with a weekly meal compensation from TEAMeffort and your first paycheck.

"My time on staff at Houston was life-changing. I learned that no matter what you go through, you can still serve others. I saw this in the community we served, who had lost everything twice: first during a Cambodian coup, then in Hurricane Harvey. Despite their losses, they served us every Thursday by preparing lunch. They were always happy to see us, not just for the work we did but for the chance to connect. I thank God for the opportunity to work in Rosharon, TX—it was the best experience."
