TEAMeffort covers all of the logistics to serve in missions over the Summer!

Paid Position!

Starting Summer Staff will receive a total of $2,500 for the summer. Additional pay is given for Leadership Positions. Staff pay is broken up into several paychecks for the Summer.

Summer Travel & Housing Covered

While serving for the Summer, Staff will not pay for any camp related gas for travel as well as their living space. Staff housing is different for every location, but it covered by TEAMeffort fully.

Earn Internship/ College Credit

Serving with TEAMeffort can count for many internships that your college may require! Reach out to our Recruiters to see how you can earn college credit!

Majority of Meals Covered

Meals Monday-Thursday are covered by TEAMeffort as well as breakfast Friday and Saturday. The remainder of meals will be with your staff and can be paid for with a weekly meal compensation from TEAMeffort as well as with your first paycheck received.

Summer Camp Staff can expect one of the most rewarding summers of their life! It is an opportunity to put your faith into action as a missionary by working alongside youth groups from all over the United States on the mission field. You will be stretched to your limits serving youth by stocking and running daily mission site projects, facilitating chapel with your staff, preparing meals, and of course, playing!

Lead Others

Grow in your faith by leading thousands of youth throughout the Summer! Staff lead youth groups in different construction-based service projects that you are fully trained to lead. Summer staff also lead chapel together for youth as well as leading whole-heartedly with a servant attitude!

Gain Community

As TEAMeffort staff, you will have 10 weeks of living in a tight-knit community that will encourage you, push you, and become your family. From eating to cleaning to worshiping, every day you will be working with your staff, participating in daily devotions together, and being poured into by your camp director.

You will have opportunities to deepen your faith, develop your leadership skills, and make an impact on thousands of youth! You will truly experience what it's like to be a missionary in a local community, while relying on the Lord every step of the way!
